Event Guidelines

• Arrival Time: Participants must arrive by 8:30 a.m.
• The school will not be providing any parts for building the robots.
• The competition consists of a series of events for students of Grades III to XII.
• Each school can send only one entry per competition.
• Refreshments will be provided to all participants and accompanying educators.
• All participants must wear their school uniform and carry their school ID card.
• Last date of registration: 15th November 2025.
• Any act of indiscipline will lead to immediate disqualification.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all participants.
• Dispersal: Approximately 4:00 p.m.
